Overview

Spendly Expense Track is a personal expense recording app. We believe your data belongs to you, and we are committed to keeping it private. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

Spendly Expense Track does not collect any personal information, and it does not use analytics or advertising services.

• No account is required to use the app.
• No email address, name, or contact information is requested.
• The app does not track your location and does not access your contacts, photos, or calendar.
• All expense data is stored directly on your device.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All of your expense records, settings, and categories are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. They are never uploaded to any server and are not shared with any third party.

Backup and Restore

You can export a backup file of your local database and import one to restore your data. These files are created on your device and reside only where you choose to save them. If an imported backup contains a category that the app does not recognize, the affected records are moved under the “Other” category, so your data always stays intact.

Data Deletion

You can delete any expense or category at any time within the app. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data. If you have exported a backup file, you can delete it from your device and iCloud to permanently remove that copy.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date below will be updated accordingly.
