This Privacy Policy explains how Loop Habits ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. Loop Habits is a habit-tracking app that helps you build and maintain daily routines by logging activities, setting reminders, and reviewing statistics.

The short version: Loop Habits is a fully offline, privacy-first app. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. All of your habit data stays on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Loop Habits collects no personal data. Specifically:

• No account system — we do not require you to sign up, log in, or provide an email address.
• No tracking or analytics — we do not use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising identifiers.
• No crash reporting — we do not collect crash logs or diagnostic telemetry.
• No third-party services — the app communicates with no backend servers and has no network dependency.

3. Your Habit Data

3.1 Local storage

All data you create — habits, check-in entries, notes, durations, and reminders — is stored exclusively on your device in a local SQLite database inside the app's sandbox (Application Support/HabitsLog). Nothing is transmitted to us or to any remote server. App preferences such as your chosen language and text size are also stored locally on your device.

3.2 Import & export

Loop Habits offers manual backup and restore using .sqlite files. Export writes a copy of your database to a file you choose; import lets you replace your local data with a backup. These operations are performed by you through iOS' document picker, and any file you share is under your control. We cannot access or recover your backup files.

3.3 Deletion

You can delete individual entries, habits, or the entire app from your device at any time. When you delete a habit, it is moved to a temporary Deleted section in the app, where you can restore it or permanently remove it. Habits are only erased from your device when you run a permanent delete, when you delete the app, or when you overwrite your data by importing a backup. Because we hold no copy of your data, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

3.4 Home & Lock Screen Widgets

If you add a Loop Habits widget, the app writes a small summary of your data (group and project names, task counts, and today's completion numbers) into a private container on your device that is shared only between the app and its own widget extension (an "App Group"). This summary never leaves your device, is never sent to us or any third party, and contains no personal identifiers. It is refreshed when your data changes and removed when you delete the app.

4. Notifications and Device Permissions

• Notifications — with your permission, Loop Habits schedules local reminders to help you build habits. Notifications are generated on your device and are never sent to any server. You can manage or disable them at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
• Files — when you import or export a backup, iOS presents a document picker so you can choose the file. We do not scan or access other files on your device.

5. Purchases

Loop Habits offers an optional one-time purchase ("Loop Habits Member", US$4.99) that unlocks unlimited active habits, the app in additional languages (Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, German, and French), and importing backups that contain more than 8 active habits. It is a single non-consumable purchase: it does not renew, there is no subscription to cancel, and it does not expire. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple's privacy and payment policies. Loop Habits never receives or stores your payment card details, billing information, or any purchase transaction data, and your chosen language stays on your device.

• Payment is charged to your App Store account once, at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase does not renew and there is no subscription to cancel.
• The purchase is tied to your Apple Account. On a new device, sign in with the same account and use Restore Purchases.
• If the purchase is refunded or revoked, the app returns to English and the free limit of 8 active habits applies again. The Membership screen explains this and restores the purchase — and your language — in one step.

6. Children's Privacy

Loop Habits is suitable for general audiences. Because the app does not collect any personal information, no special provisions are required for children under the applicable data protection regulations.

Your data is protected by iOS' built-in app sandbox and device security (e.g., passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). Since all data remains on-device, there is no data in transit or at rest on external servers to secure.

3. Sus datos de hábitos

3.1 Almacenamiento local

Todos los datos que usted crea — hábitos, registros de asistencia, notas, duraciones y recordatorios — se almacenan exclusivamente en su dispositivo en una base de datos SQLite local dentro del sandbox de la aplicación (Application Support/HabitsLog). 3.2 Importación y exportación

3.3 Eliminación

Kurz gefasst: Loop Habits ist eine vollständig offline laufende App mit Datenschutz an erster Stelle. Wir erheben, speichern oder geben keine Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten weiter. Sämtliche Ihrer Gewohnheitsdaten verbleiben auf Ihrem Gerät.

2. Erhobene Informationen

Loop Habits erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Insbesondere gilt:

• Kein Kontensystem — wir verlangen nicht, dass Sie sich registrieren, anmelden oder eine E-Mail-Adresse angeben.
• Kein Tracking und keine Analyse — wir verwenden keine Analyse-SDKs, Tracking-Pixel oder Werbekennungen.
• Kein Absturzberichtwesen — wir erfassen keine Absturzprotokolle und keine diagnostische Telemetrie.
• Keine Dienste Dritter — die App kommuniziert mit keinen Backend-Servern und ist nicht netzwerkabhängig.

3. Ihre Gewohnheitsdaten

3.1 Lokale Speicherung

Alle von Ihnen erstellten Daten — Gewohnheiten, Check-in-Einträge, Notizen, Dauern und Erinnerungen — werden ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät in einer lokalen SQLite-Datenbank innerhalb des Sandboxes der App (Application Support/HabitsLog) gespeichert. Nichts wird an uns oder an einen entfernten Server übertragen. App-Einstellungen wie die gewählte Sprache und die Textgröße werden ebenfalls nur lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert.

3.2 Import & Export

Loop Habits bietet manuelles Sichern und Wiederherstellen mittels .sqlite-Dateien. Beim Export wird eine Kopie Ihrer Datenbank in eine von Ihnen gewählte Datei geschrieben; beim Import können Sie Ihre lokalen Daten durch ein Backup ersetzen. Diese Vorgänge führen Sie über den Dokumentenwähler von iOS aus, und jede Datei, die Sie teilen, liegt unter Ihrer Kontrolle. Auf Ihre Backup-Dateien können wir nicht zugreifen und sie nicht wiederherstellen.

3.3 Löschung

Sie können einzelne Einträge, Gewohnheiten oder die gesamte App jederzeit von Ihrem Gerät löschen. Wenn Sie eine Gewohnheit löschen, wird sie in einen temporären Bereich Gelöscht in der App verschoben, wo Sie sie wiederherstellen oder endgültig entfernen können. Gewohnheiten werden nur von Ihrem Gerät gelöscht, wenn Sie eine endgültige Löschung ausführen, wenn Sie die App löschen oder wenn Sie Ihre Daten durch den Import eines Backups überschreiben. Da wir keine Kopie Ihrer Daten besitzen, ist die Löschung sofortig und unwiderruflich.

3.4 Widgets für Home- und Sperrbildschirm

Wenn Sie ein Loop-Habits-Widget hinzufügen, schreibt die App eine kurze Zusammenfassung Ihrer Daten (Namen von Gruppen und Projekten, Aufgabenanzahl und die heutigen Erledigungswerte) in einen privaten Container auf Ihrem Gerät, den nur die App und ihre eigene Widget-Erweiterung gemeinsam nutzen (eine „App Group“). Diese Zusammenfassung verlässt Ihr Gerät nie, wird weder an uns noch an Dritte gesendet und enthält keine personenbezogenen Identifikatoren. Sie wird bei Datenänderungen aktualisiert und beim Löschen der App entfernt.

4. Mitteilungen und Geräteberechtigungen

• Mitteilungen — mit Ihrer Erlaubnis plant Loop Habits lokale Erinnerungen, die Ihnen beim Aufbau von Gewohnheiten helfen. Mitteilungen werden auf Ihrem Gerät erzeugt und nie an einen Server gesendet. Sie können sie jederzeit in der App oder in den iOS-Einstellungen verwalten oder deaktivieren.
• Dateien — beim Import oder Export eines Backups zeigt iOS einen Dokumentenwähler an, damit Sie die Datei auswählen können. Wir durchsuchen nicht und greifen nicht auf andere Dateien auf Ihrem Gerät zu.

5. Käufe

Loop Habits bietet einen optionalen Einmalkauf („Loop Habits Member“, 4,99 US$), der unbegrenzt viele aktive Gewohnheiten, die App in weiteren Sprachen (Spanisch, Japanisch, Vereinfachtes Chinesisch, Koreanisch, Deutsch und Französisch) sowie den Import von Backups mit mehr als 8 aktiven Gewohnheiten freischaltet. Es ist ein einmaliger, nicht verbrauchbarer Kauf: Er verlängert sich nicht, es gibt kein Abo zu kündigen und er läuft nicht ab. Käufe innerhalb der App werden vollständig von Apple über den App Store abgewickelt und unterliegen den Datenschutz- und Zahlungsbedingungen von Apple. Loop Habits empfängt oder speichert niemals Ihre Zahlungskartendaten, Abrechnungsinformationen oder sonstige Kauftransaktionsdaten, und Ihre gewählte Sprache verbleibt auf Ihrem Gerät.

• Die Zahlung erfolgt einmalig über Ihr App-Store-Konto, beim Bestätigen des Kaufs.
• Der Kauf verlängert sich nicht und es gibt kein Abo zu kündigen.
• Der Kauf ist an deinen Apple Account gebunden. Melde dich auf einem neuen Gerät mit demselben Account an und nutze „Käufe wiederherstellen“.
• Wird der Kauf erstattet oder widerrufen, kehrt die App zu Englisch zurück und das kostenlose Limit von 8 aktiven Gewohnheiten gilt wieder. Der Mitgliedschafts-Bildschirm erklärt dies und stellt den Kauf — und Ihre Sprache — in einem Schritt wieder her.

6. Datenschutz von Kindern

2. Informations que nous collectons

Loop Habits ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle. Plus précisément :

• Aucun système de compte — nous ne vous demandons pas de vous inscrire, de vous connecter ni de fournir une adresse e-mail.
• Aucun suivi ni analytique — nous n'utilisons ni SDK d'analyse, ni pixels de suivi, ni identifiants publicitaires.
• Aucun signalement de plantages — nous ne collectons ni journaux de plantage ni télémétrie de diagnostic.
• Aucun service tiers — l'application ne communique avec aucun serveur backend et ne dépend d'aucun réseau.

3. Vos données d'habitudes

3.1 Stockage local

Toutes les données que vous créez — habitudes, pointages, notes, durées et rappels — sont stockées exclusivement sur votre appareil dans une base de données SQLite locale à l'intérieur du bac à sable de l'application (Application Support/HabitsLog). Rien n'est transmis à notre société ni à aucun serveur distant. Les préférences de l'application, telles que la langue choisie et la taille du texte, sont également stockées localement sur votre appareil.

3.2 Import et export

Loop Habits propose une sauvegarde et une restauration manuelles à l'aide de fichiers .sqlite. L'export écrit une copie de votre base de données dans un fichier de votre choix ; l'import vous permet de remplacer vos données locales par une sauvegarde. Ces opérations sont effectuées par vos soins via le sélecteur de documents d'iOS, et tout fichier que vous partagez reste sous votre contrôle. Nous ne pouvons pas accéder à vos fichiers de sauvegarde ni les récupérer.

3.3 Suppression

Vous pouvez supprimer des entrées individuelles, des habitudes ou l'ensemble de l'application de votre appareil à tout moment. Lorsque vous supprimez une habitude, celle-ci est déplacée vers une section temporaire Supprimé dans l'application, où vous pouvez la restaurer ou la supprimer définitivement. Les habitudes ne sont effacées de votre appareil que lorsque vous effectuez une suppression définitive, lorsque vous supprimez l'application ou lorsque vous écrasez vos données en important une sauvegarde. Étant donné que nous ne conservons aucune copie de vos données, la suppression est immédiate et irréversible.

3.4 Widgets pour l'écran d'accueil et l'écran verrouillé

Si vous ajoutez un widget Loop Habits, l'application écrit un petit résumé de vos données (noms des groupes et des projets, nombre de tâches et chiffres d'achèvement du jour) dans un conteneur privé de votre appareil, partagé uniquement entre l'application et sa propre extension de widget (un « App Group »). Ce résumé ne quitte jamais votre appareil, ne nous est jamais envoyé ni à des tiers, et ne contient aucun identifiant personnel. Il est actualisé lorsque vos données changent et supprimé lorsque vous désinstallez l'application.

4. Notifications et autorisations de l'appareil

• Notifications — avec votre autorisation, Loop Habits planifie des rappels locaux pour vous aider à acquérir des habitudes. Les notifications sont générées sur votre appareil et ne sont jamais envoyées à un serveur. Vous pouvez les gérer ou les désactiver à tout moment dans l'application ou dans les Réglages d'iOS.
• Fichiers — lorsque vous importez ou exportez une sauvegarde, iOS présente un sélecteur de documents afin que vous puissiez choisir le fichier. Nous n'explorons pas ni n'accédons aux autres fichiers de votre appareil.

5. Achats

Loop Habits propose un achat unique facultatif (« Loop Habits Member », 4,99 $US) qui débloque un nombre illimité d'habitudes actives, l'application dans d'autres langues (espagnol, japonais, chinois simplifié, coréen, allemand et français) ainsi que l'import de sauvegardes contenant plus de 8 habitudes actives. Il s'agit d'un achat unique non consommable : il ne se renouvelle pas, il n'y a aucun abonnement à annuler et il n'expire pas. Les achats intégrés à l'application sont traités entièrement par Apple via l'App Store, sous réserve des politiques de confidentialité et de paiement d'Apple. Loop Habits ne reçoit ni ne stocke vos données de carte de paiement, vos informations de facturation ni aucune donnée de transaction d'achat, et la langue que vous choisissez reste sur votre appareil.

• Le paiement est débité une seule fois de votre compte App Store, à la confirmation de l'achat.
• L'achat ne se renouvelle pas et il n'y a aucun abonnement à annuler.
• L'achat est lié à votre compte Apple. Sur un nouvel appareil, connectez-vous avec le même compte et utilisez Restaurer les achats.
• Si l'achat est remboursé ou révoqué, l'app revient à l'anglais et la limite gratuite de 8 habitudes actives s'applique de nouveau. L'écran Membership l'explique et restaure l'achat — ainsi que votre langue — en une seule étape.

6. Confidentialité des mineurs

Loop Habits convient à un public général. L'application ne collectant aucune information personnelle, aucune disposition particulière n'est requise pour les mineurs au titre des réglementations applicables en matière de protection des données.

7. Sécurité

Vos données sont protégées par le bac à sable intégré d'iOS et la sécurité de l'appareil (par exemple, code secret, Face ID, Touch ID). Toutes les données restant sur l'appareil, il n'y a aucune donnée en transit ou au repos sur des serveurs externes à sécuriser.
